The Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is managing construction of a new $1.77 billion facility, which is located in the Fort Belvoir North Area and is referred to as New Campus East (NCE). The facility will include a main office building, visitor control center, technology center, central utility plant, and remote inspection facility.
